Shrimp Skillet

Heat some olive oil in your cast iron skillet and sautee shallots, peppers and garlic.  Toss in some shrimp and when they’re pink add a little tomato sauce.  Sprinkle grated cheese on top.  Throw the skillet under the broiler for a few minutes until it bubbles.  Serve from the skillet with some crusty bread.  This meal took no more than 15 minutes and was delish.  As always, you can use any ingredients that a) you like, or b) are about to expire in your fridge.  (Kathy)

This looks good. I’m going to make this. Also—I bake a lot—I can highly recommend monkey bread—type the name into your search engine for a good recipe—I use whole wheat flour—good to see y’all up and running again.
