Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


Yum.  Possibly my family’s favourite part of Hallowe’en,

Put your pumpkin seeds in a bowl, melt some butter, pour it over the seeds, add salt, stir, spread on a baking sheet, and bake at 300 for about 45 minutes.  So good. (Kathy)
